Skin care :
- Clean your skin only twice in a day. Use cream cleanser instead of soap cleanser. Herbal cleanser is better. Use very mild scrub meant for sensitive skin only.
- Toning is not necessary after cleansing for sensitive skin. If you want to do toning then dilute the toner with water and then use it. You can use cucumber juice and rosewater as toner.
- Clean your face properly as dirt residue on your skin will lead to more rashes and allergies.
- Use umbrella in sun and rain.
- Don't use artificially scented beauty products.
- Use facial oils only when your skin is extremely dehydrated.
- Give your skin a good steam once in a month. But keep the distance and time of steam in mind.
- Exfoliation may lead to rashes which further leads to pimples. So avoid using different types of harsh scrubs on your face. Green or raw papaya is good for exfoliation of sensitive skin. Take grated raw papaya and apply it on face for 3-5 minutes and then wash it.
- Clay masks and cream masks are good for sensitive skin. Use once in a week.
- For oily+ sensitive skin use clay masks
- For dry+sensitive skin use cream masks.
- Do patch tests before using any cosmetic on your skin.
